We are a pre-engineered steel buildings design and manufacturing company. Our superior design capabilities ensure we supply and install cost-effective PEBs and all its building components.

As one of the fastest emerging companies with design and manufacturing capabilities, our clientele includes large-scale Industries, warehouses, commercial high-rise buildings, airport hangars, sports stadiums, cold storages, pipe racks for oil and gas companies, etc.

Our Leadership

Nischay Agarwal forged NSPL as a young entrepreneur, to provide unmatched value and quality products and services. At a very early age, Nischay imbibed career guidance from his dynamic father, Late Shri Rajender Kumar Agarwal — the Managing Director of Anil Steel Industries, established in 1974. As part of Anil Steel Industries, Nischay learned the nuances of the trade. Fuelled by his passion for the steel business, he has now emerged as one of the youngest and most sought-after entrepreneurs of our country.

A 3rd generation entrepreneur from a family with over 75 years of business experience in steel and allied businesses, Nischay holds 15+ years of experience in trading steel, and over 10 years of experience in the pre-engineered building space, along with expertise in procuring raw materials for all shades of projects. With extensive in-depth knowledge of the industry, Nischay leads marketing and finance at NSPL. A go-getter by nature and powerful negotiator, Nischay always ensures cost-effective solutions are delivered to our clients.

With over close to 20 years of experience in executing projects, Siva brings in his ability to detailing, planning to the fore and to deliver time critical and budget sensitive projects.

With an array of certifications and industry exposure to a range of large projects execution, Siva’s wealth of experience and commitment to the assignments helps NSPL understand your needs and work towards executing them.

Raja Rajeswari R

Director - Designs

Raja Rajeswari has more than 19 years of experience in the field of Structural Engineering. Apart from working in India, she has vast experience working in Middle East & Africa. She held positions of increasing responsibility in the engineering department over these years. She is now leading the NSPL Engineering Excellence for operations. Prior to joining NSPL, Rajeswari has been associated with Kirby-India, leading consultants, Mabani Steel-UAE in the Middle East and Steel Structures Ltd-Kenya.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Master of Technology in Structural Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad. With hands-on experience in the design of internationally located PEB / Conventional Steel Structures such as Airport Hangars, High-rise buildings, Commercial Shopping Malls and Factory buildings.

We can handle forming requirements up to 600 tons and specialized bending operations on pieces up to 14 feet long. Our equipment can accommodate sizes up to 60” by 100” without repositioning.
